This product is widely used in lubricating oil additives, rolling fluid, metal cutting fluid, forming fluid, with the following characteristics:

Product Properties

Precautions for Use

It is recommended to add 2-5% to the emulsification products; Amines or other alkaline products need to be added to balance the stability of the emulsion. Some formulations require the addition of certain amount of coupling agent. The maximum mixing temperature should not exceed 75℃; Mixing with compressed air is not recommended.

Shelf Life

Products that have passed the factory inspection shall be used within two year.

Packing and Storage

Packaged in 55 gallon plastic drum, net weight 180 kg. Indoor storage.
