This product is a compound of multi-effect extreme pressure anti-friction agent, oiliness agent, synthetic rust inhibitor, special surfactant and refined mineral oil. It has excellent lubricity, rust prevention, moisture and heat resistance and washability. It is suitable for sealing and rust prevention of steel plates and galvanized steel plates and for rolling lubrication.

1) It has excellent rust prevention and high lubricity, and can assist in the lubrication of the rolling process;
2) It has a certain water displacement;
3) It has good washability and can be removed with a general alkaline degreasing agent.

4. Usage method
It is best to use electrostatic spraying. The best working oil temperature is 40-60℃. Spray the oil evenly on the steel plate or part surface. You can also use a felt roller to roll, dip or brush.
